For anyone seeing this post for the first time, the licenses here in NV used to say “[maiden name] wishes to use [married name] after marriage”, and it no longer says that. I wasn’t sure if that would affect the name change process, which thankfully it doesn’t (per multiple brides and the manager of the Marriage License Bureau here in Las Vegas)!
